Delivery
A signature is required for delivery, this gives an extra guarantee that the order will actually be delivered. This makes it impossible to send by letter post. As soon as we have received your payment, your order is completed and your package (on working days and if available) will be sent immediately. You will automatically receive an email from GLS containing your track & trace code. This code is usually visible on the GLS site early in the evening.
Striving for a smooth and accurate handling of your order is a high priority for us. Despite the fact that we deliver directly from stock, it can happen that we have a product temporarily out of stock. If this relates to your order, we will correspond this to you during office hours by email or, if necessary, by telephone.
Delivery times
For the products that are in stock, orders placed before 4 pm are shipped the same day. Questions about the stock? call + 31 224 78 51 12 The average delivery time is 2-3 business days. An email is automatically sent from GLS with your track n trace code, it often ends up in your spam box
Take into account extra delivery time during the holidays, during this period this can take 2-3 working days.
Holidays 2021
Tuesday 27 April – King’s Day – orders will be shipped Wednesday 28 April – pick up possible until 12:00.
Thursday 13 May – Ascension Day – orders will be processed and shipped on Friday 14 May
Monday 24 May – 2nd Pentecost – orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday 25 May
Friday 31-12 – New Years Eve – Processed and shipped Monday 3 January – pick up possible until 3 p.m.
