Returns and Exchange

We naturally want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Blast Exhaust. In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, fill in the return form and send it along with the shipment.

Unused products can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
The returns are usually processed within 1 week, you will automatically receive an email when your return has been processed. Only the shipping costs of a return shipment with the reason “wrong / defective” will be reimbursed by us. As soon as we have received a return shipment at Blast Exhaust in good order, the shipping costs of € 6.95 (up to 10 kg) or € 13.25 (10 – 20 kg) will be deposited into your account as soon as possible.

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong product and received already? Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Have you already paid for your incorrectly placed order?
    1 – Returning wrong parts – once the return has been received, we will credit it within 1-3 business days. (you will receive a message from this by e-mail)
    2 – Place order again + pay. Ordered before 4 pm = home the next day. Note: Place the correct products in the shopping cart and check your order carefully before you place an order and pay.

Complaints procedure

It goes without saying that Blast Exhaust only wants to have satisfied customers. Yet it cannot be ruled out 100 percent that something could go wrong. For example, it may happen that our suppliers turn out to no longer have a product in stock. If something goes wrong with your order, delivery or something else, it is very annoying. If you are dissatisfied with our service or a product, you can contact us and report your complaint by sending an e-mail to info@blast-exhaust.com Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it takes more time, we will notify you.
