Can I have an order delivered to a PO box address?
Unfortunately this is not possible.
It says on the site that the order before 4 pm is shipped the same day?
We have 99% percent of the products in house. Despite the fact that we deliver directly from stock, it is possible that we have a product temporarily out of stock. If this relates to your order, we will correspond this to you during office hours by email or, if necessary, by telephone.
I have a company and would like to purchase larger quantities, is a (bulk) discount possible?

I just placed an order with you when I will receive my track & trace code?
You will receive the track & trace code as soon as we register the order with the carrier (GLS), at this time a track & trace code created, you will also receive this code by email. At the beginning of the evening you can see where your package is located on the GLS website.
What is a track & trace code?
A track & trace code marks an order. Super handy to see where the package is and what time the delivery person will arrive. Should something go wrong then you can see with the track & trace code where it is.
I will not be home tomorrow but my package will be delivered, now what?
If you are not at home, the GLS delivery person will leave a note, so you can indicate when you will be home.

Through the website of Blast Exhaust you can send packages to; The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland, United Kingdom. You can view the shipping costs in the shopping cart at calculate shipping (enter the zip code + country). We can also ship worldwide, please contact us.
Can I also pick up my order? And pay?
Of course you can pick up the order, this is possible on working days from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00 at Blast Exhaust. You can also pay by pin or cash.
I would like to return parts, how do I do this?
You can return products within 14 days. (with the exception of customization and specially ordered products) the return form can be found on the back of your invoice which has been added to your order.
I have returned the products, when will I get my money back?
Once the return has arrived, it is usually processed within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email with your credit invoice and the notification that the amount has been credited.
